***Terms of Use to Sell Digital Embroidery Files 2017***

No Refunds will be given on any license purchased.

You cannot use a coupon code or gift certificate when purchasing this license.

You can only create digital embroidery files with the original KaDoodle Bug Designs Artwork, copyrighted by Melissa Deuss. Other products from other artists on the website does not contain the license to sell. Please click on the other artist's link to their shop to view their reseller terms.

Please contact me at kadoodlebugdesigns@gmail.com for your reseller license number to add to your product description. You must have this number with your embroidery files.

The license allows you to resell as a digital embroidery file. Embroidery files that can be sold is PEC, ART, XXX, SEW, VP3, PES, DST, EXP, PCS, HUS, VIP and JEF. If you sell a file that is not listed please contact me.

DO NOT include clipart within the file folder contents. You may include clipart if there is a proper copyright over the image. You CANNOT resell the clipart. You cannot alter the clipart or change colors.

Customers who purchase from you cannot resell the digital embroidery files. Only you obtain the right to sell the digital files. They can sell products made with that file.

No mass production is allowed.

Proper credit must be given to Melissa Deuss, KaDoodle Bug Designs. You can not claim the design as your own. Please add proper credit to the product's description. Thank You!

KaDoodle Bug Designs holds the right to create digital embroidery files in the future. Terms of use has the subject to change.
